• If the order value is less than Rs. 2500, we request you to self-ship the product using a courier service of your choice. Please share the courier receipt at namaste@trividworld.com along with your order number.

3. Hygiene Standards and Non-Returnable Items

• For hygiene reasons, certain product categories such as boxers and perfumes are non-returnable.

• If you need a custom size garment as an exchange, include your best-fitting garment along with the returned item. We will tailor the new garment according to your measurements and deliver it within 10 to 15 days.

6. Custom Garments

• Custom garments are manufactured according to your specifications and cannot be returned or exchanged. However, we offer free alterations within 15 days of receiving your order.
